The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen and is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a Direct Participation Program Limited Broker/Dealer. As all of the offerings currently marketed by Frontier/Aspen are private programs, they are not appropriate for the general public.
